What Countries do you deliver to?
Currently, we only ship to Singapore addresses.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes because courier companies need an actual person to receive mail.
Where do I check the status of my order?
Log in your DREAMFABLE account to check. If you wish to check the status of your delivery see below.
How do I track my order?
Use DHL website to track your order with the Waybill number in the emails from DHL.
You can also find the DHL website link in the footer under "Track Order (DHL)".
How will my order take to arrive?
We only ship via DHL express delivery from our factory in China (the fastest possible courier method). It should take 2 to 4 days to reach you.
What is your Returns & Exchanges Policy?
Our policy is to accept return (for store credit coupon) or exchange the size of our products within 7 days.
We can only accept returns of item(s) that are as new, with the tags on in the original packaging with minimal change to the product.
What is your Returns Process?
Request a return via our webform. For Issue, choose Returns and please include your order number in the Message.
Then we will contact you to arrange for you to post the item(s). Shipping costs (to a Singapore address) will have to be borne by the customer.
After we receive your item in good condition, we will issue you a store credit code for the value of the item that you can use within 365 days.
What is your Exchange (for Size) Process?
Request an exchange via our webform. For Issue, choose Exchanges and please include your order number and desired size to change to in the Message.
Then we will contact you to arrange for you to post the item(s). Shipping costs (to a Singapore address) will have to be borne by the customer.
After we receive your product in good condition, we will send you the size you requested.
Where do I find discounts for your products?
All of our discounts and offers are available from social media and by newsletter.
See our social media section and join our newsletter to ensure you don’t miss out on them.
How do I apply the discounts? Many of our discounts take the form of discount coupon codes. Just enter them at checkout to apply them.
Where can I subscribe to your newsletter? How do I unsubscribe? You can join our newsletter here and unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe links in our newsletter emails.
Do you have any physical retail stores? Why not?
DREAMFABLE does not have any physical retail stores.
As a small but growing company, the operational costs of running a retail store would require us to raise our prices by at least 30% to break even.
Our customer surveys have shown us that customers would not prefer the higher prices.
What is the difference between your website store and Taobao store?
The website is to serve Singapore customers, therefore it bills in SGD and ships for free to Singapore addresses.
The Taobao store is to serve China customers, therefore it bills in RMB and ships for free to China addresses.
We make the pricing in both stores equal, so we advise to just use the one nearer to you and in your currency.
Customer benefits (which may be implemented in the future) cannot transfer across stores, so we recommend to continue using the same store.
Do you sell to any other country other than Singapore and China?
Not yet, but soon.
Do I have to pay any Shipping Fees?
We do not charge our customers shipping fees on their orders so you should not be paying any (unless it is for returns & exchanges).

Do I have to pay any tax upon receiving your products?
Currently there is no (Goods & Services Tax) GST on our products as our revenue is under S$1 million and therefore we at present require no GST registration.
We are not charging our customers tax and customers should not be paying any tax on receipt of our products.
